• A minor bug in the letters has been fixed to do with the current date field. It would often add an additional character after the date.
• In Advertising -> By Listing you can
• Filter by listing status
• Show only those listings with a non-zero vendor funded amount
• Select listings and create transactions which will make the vendor funded amount zero.

• Have altered the "Deposits older than 10 days" report so that it shows trust deposits that have been in the trust account for 10 days and not 11.
• Fixed a bug in Advertising -> By Listing in that when you saved changes you have made to an insertion it would go to the first listing in the list.
• When you are changing the details for an insertion (Advertising -> By Publication, edit a publication, edit an insertion) it will show you the amount of money recieved from the vendor (any reciepts in the vendor account) and the amount of vendor funded advertising spent.
• The default settings for advert costs in Add / Modify Listings in Publication have been put back. You can only enter numeric values in these edit boxes.
• I've added a new letter to solicitor letters (Contract enclosed). It is a two page document for attaching to a contract to be sent a solicitor. It is a 2 page document - one page for vendors solicitor and one page for the buyers solicitor. It is really just a basic template that you will want to customise to put your own text in.
